Welcome to the blog, Ranch Hands. Yes. This is a blog about ranch. Seriously. To show you how serious I am, let's talk about one of the gold standards of ranch-- Denny's Ranch . Denny's is one of those places that you don't necessarily crave all of the time--it's kind of one of those places that's great for getting late night eats or if you want breakfast for dinner. However, they do have pretty good seasoned fries, onion rings, etc. You know what else is really good? Their damn ranch. I don't know how this sauce is crafted in their kitchen, and frankly, I don't want to know because it's magical. It's tangy but not too tart, because that would ruin it. It's probably got some buttermilk in it because it's a pretty thick ranch. And I would be remiss to even think it actually as real dill in it, but maybe it's there..in spirit. Whatever the case, this ranch is the perfect consistency for fries, onion, rings, CHICKEN TENDERS??? It...
